“Logan” covers a lot of ground — from Logan Central’s older established residential streets out to acreage suburbs like Park Ridge and Greenbank, and through to denser suburban areas like Woodridge and Marsden. The housing stock varies just as widely: original 1960s–70s post-war timber and brick homes through the historical centre, 1980s–90s brick veneer family homes through the suburban expansion areas, newer 2000s estate developments on the city fringes, and acreage homes on larger semi-rural blocks. We paint across all of them.

What stays consistent across Logan is the climate and exposure: full Queensland sun, humid summers, and the kind of UV that punishes cheap exterior paint within 5–7 years. We use coatings appropriate for Logan’s climate — proper UV-rated exterior paints, two-coat application, and prep work that actually solves problems rather than covering them.

For the older established homes through Logan Central and the surrounding suburbs, prep is half the job: scraping back any failing paint, undercoating bare timber, and addressing fascia and eaves that have been quietly weathering for decades. For the newer estate areas, the issues are more about render cracks and builder-grade paint that’s reaching the end of its life.
